heidisee User Privacy Agreement

Effective Date: September 7, 2025

This agreement is formulated by HeidiSee Technology Services Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "heidisee") to explain how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information during your use of the heidisee mobile application (APP) and related services. We highly value user privacy and commit to processing your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations.

Please read and fully understand this Privacy Agreement before using heidisee services. By clicking "Agree" or completing the registration process, you acknowledge and consent to all contents of this agreement and voluntarily accept its binding. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the services.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Information

To provide you with higher-quality, personalized services, we collect relevant information in the following scenarios:

Device model, brand, OS version, system settings — identify device type and optimize compatibility

IMEI, Android ID, MAC address, OAID, IDFA, GAID, UUID, UDID — used for unique device identification, anti-fraud, anti-cheating, push services

IP address, network type (Wi-Fi/4G/5G), DNS/BSSID/SSID — network optimization, regional recognition, security risk control

⚠️ Note: Refusing to grant related permissions will only affect corresponding feature usage (e.g., push notifications) and will not affect basic services.

If you enable location permissions, we may obtain your GPS coordinates, Wi-Fi access points, and base station information to provide localized recommendations, activity displays, etc.;

④ Contacts Permission

Some features (e.g., inviting friends) require reading/writing contacts, only for local contact matching;
We do not upload or store your contacts;
You can disable this permission anytime in "Settings".

⑤ Storage Permission

Used for uploading images, videos, or file editing features;
Only access files you actively select and do not scan or read other private files;
Permission can be disabled at any time.

⑥ Biometric Information (Fingerprint/Face)

If you enable fingerprint/face login or payment verification, the system will use the device's local secure module for comparison;
Biometric data is encrypted and stored locally by the OS; we do not obtain or store it.

This product is mainly intended for adults. We do not actively collect personal information of children under 14 years old.

If you are a guardian of a minor, please guide them to use this service cautiously. If we mistakenly collect a child's information, please contact us immediately to delete it.

8. Updates to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update this agreement according to changes in laws or business needs. Updated content will be announced in the APP 7 days in advance and notified via pop-ups, etc.

Continuing to use the services constitutes acceptance of the updates; if you do not agree, please stop using the services and cancel your account.
